Meet the Team: Sandip Paudel

National Director, Nepal

A native young descendant advocate from lap of mountain, landlocked country in Asia Pacific, Nepal is my homeland and Kathmandu is my capital city. My name is Sandip Paudel, a passionate environmentalist and veterinarian profession under graduating having 4 year of professional field works and volunteering, I started my conservation journey towards nature and environment in 2015, Since then I started community project of waste management, environmental education, tree plantation, and youth empowerment.

I have been a volunteer in several Environmental organization and NGOs such as Youth for conservation and sustainable agriculture and humanitarian organization. Deep interest and action for conservation of nature and sustainable agriculture leads me to this place. Collaboration with the core group, creating and coordinating activities that allows to work towards improving young people’s perception in youth development in my home country on a global scale. I have exercised youth related issues in my own country and link these efforts with regional initiatives. I have facilitated in climatic change awareness program, leadership corps, and launched waste management and mapping activities. My principle is “Troubleshoot the problem, triumph in it and throw a number of alternatives.” My vision is to generate an eco-friendly, bio diversified world limiting to climate change.
